    • Built a search map that shades each district by resident-review scores with Google Maps JavaScript API data-driven styling, React and TypeScript, lifting signup conversion 42.9%.
    • Led five A/B tests that grew users browsing new-to-them condo listings 3+ days a week 2.5x, beating the target, by opening a subscriber-only match score to all members and prompting setup in search cards.
    • Cut the team's user-research work by 24 hours per week by tracing where the time went and trimming template fields, while turning 35 interview recordings into personas and journey maps for 7 segments.
    • Generate React components from Figma designs through the Figma MCP server and Claude Code, writing the specification first so reviewers check generated code against it instead of guessing.
